The site of the old Gym/Dairy will become - unsurprisingly - housing as proposed by the Council, although no actual Planning application has been submitted there was a EBC email which included an CGI of the proposed buildings and an ‘invite’ for local residents to have there say.
I would suspect they probably would prefer to get the sewage drains fixed and the road resurfaced…
