We would like to invite you to join us on Saturday 4th September, 11am-1pm for an open day event to celebrate the opening of the Fair Oak Community Library.
We will have activities and refreshments:
- Kate Mellors Storyteller, who will do two separate interactive storytelling sessions 11.15am and 12.00pm
- Harriett Riddell of InStitchYou – A Textiles Artist who using her sewing machine gets passers by to depict a scene which she sews
- Claire Nuttall – An Artist who will create a pavement mural outside the library
- Also the Fountain Cafe will be joining us with their van
We are looking forward to officially celebrating the Community Library and welcoming you to the library!
