At Aspire Academy our Martial Art discipline is Traditional Choi Kwang Do. Its a martial art which can sustain you throughout life. It can be the foundation and the spring board to a healthy, fitter and more confident you. It’s ideal for those who want to get fit, make friends, learn new skills and gain confidence.
